It's better than season two. I didn't really have any fun, but apart from the pseudo-science plot holes and awful world-building, it's not cringe-inducing. It's just sort of there; it exists, and it's Star Trek. And for some reason, a simple mystery that would take past series 42 minutes to solve takes an entire season.
