Solid, if brief, overview of dealing with people in the most appropriate and positive way. Good citation and cross referencing makes it a fair jumping off point for further and more in depth reading.

Veggies are not all children favorite thing, but getting them to lear about them and mayber get them interested in planting their own garden. A nice and simple look at the alphabet with a connection to their everyday lives.
