Jen Vaughn

The story is basically that a girl's mobile phone is broken and then a new one is magically gifted to her with all her favorite apps pre-loaded and a creepy skull on the home page. Her parents didn't give it to her, so who did? Despite promising not to use it, she feels left out when her bestie starts hanging out with a new girl, so she takes some kitten photos and turns her cat pink! This is the first of many things that happen after she uses her phone - people getting sick because she wants them to, the new girl having her hair cut in the night, etc. But it isn't all bad as the hot sporty girl seems to have developed a crush on her. Who gave her the phone and will she give it up?

My comments:Ok so I was a bit confused in this e-book as to what the mannequin and the dinosaur boys were actually doing. I get they are the bad guys but what? Are they Goosebumps regular characters as I felt it was an "in joke" that I didn't get.… (more)
