In long term relationships, can romance be as easy as the ABCs?

A well-meaning couple, the Andersons have done everything right to build a good and happy life for their family. With their twins off to college, Rhea Anderson and her husband, Rico have now entered into a new phase of their life and relationship.

Rhea, a food critic for a well-respected Food and Wine magazine has found herself desperately searching for new meaning in her life. Yet, she’s feeling as if she’s been shut out of her own life with Rico and with work.

The empty house has Rhea consumed with finding answers to questions such as, now what and what’s next?

While she desires to find the answers, she feels they might be impossible to answer. Especially given the fire and faith she once felt for both her husband and work now feel lonely, boring, and lame.

Oh but when Rhea's high school sweetheart shows up in town and is desiring need of her culinary expertise, she wonders if this is the romantic spark she's been longing for. But is she flirting with fate or flirting with a disaster?

Aware of their history, Rhea's childhood friends, Stacie and Danielle and more specifically, Danielle, step in to intervene.

As each of them are in their own respective relationship stages, they gather together and devise a plan, the ABCs of Romance. With a renewed sense of focus to rekindle the passion and magic into their relationships, the ladies set out to get back to the basics of romance. Between juggling kids, careers, and life, they commit to reigniting and fanning the flames of their love in hopes of becoming more intentional and romantic.
