About meIn my professional life I work in the computer mapping industry and so have my hands on computers most of time. Geography and geographic ideas are right up my alley (to use a common US metaphor) and as such I enjoy travelling, exploring, and generally discovering new and exciting things. The world as I see it, while all of it has likely been set foot on, is there to be personally explored, experienced and discussed.

Movies:
Call me crazy but for some reason I really love the movie Twister. I am big into Sci-Fi/Fantasy but not Horror. Give me anything adventourous and chances are I will like it. Comedies and mindless movies are also often entertaining.

Music:
Although a good friend tells me that this is impossible - I would say that I enjoy ALL music -- though some of it is more "challenging" than others. My personal goal is to not let music leave me behind. I don't want to become that "old guy who only likes his generation of music." I try to stay open to all styles and interpretations. To me that is the nature of artistic expression - that any interpretation of reality is art. In my view, that concept easily spills over into musical expression.
