- Well, I'm a 23 year old that has already been in and left two careers, and now I'm starting on my (hopefully) final career as an author! I was in the U.S. Army for four and a half years, but in July of 2010 was medically discharged. I then attended graduate school studying physics, but one semester was enough to know I didn't really want to be a physicist. So finally I am doing what I love...writing!
