About meThe H.M.S. Beagle, most famous for its second voyage (1831-1836), on which Charles Darwin served as naturalist. Launched in May 1820, the Beagle had a long career before being broken up in 1870.

About my libraryThis library is based on the Darwin Project's Books on the Beagle reconstruction of the library aboard the HMS Beagle complied "from the Beagle correspondence, CD’s diary, field notebooks, and the extensive zoological and geological notes."
