About meI'm a nearly 30 year old Christian family doctor and obstetrician from Perth, Western Australia, married with 2 sons and a daughter. Currently studying towards a Masters of Public Health & Tropical Medicine.
About my libraryMy library reflects my interests - lots of christian books, history books, fiction and of course medical books. Recently I have joined the Folio society and have begun collecting quality editions from them. I also like accumulating different versions/translations of the Bible, although I don't read them as often as I should.
In the past I've been a lover of epic fantasy novels, and have recently developed a taste for the historical fiction of Patrick O'Brien and the odd Russian novel, particularly Dostoevsky. Also drawn more and more to international literature such as from India, Africa, and Latin America.
I play guitar, so you'll find a few guitar related books. And of course my library is full of medical texts from my unversity days. The rest is a varied mix of fiction and non-fiction from a range of genre.
