Hi, I see you have Amano: The Complete Prints of Yoshitaka Amano. I have never seen this book in person, tho I love his work. Does it contain the illustrations from 1001 Nights?

Cindy
If you weed out books how can we overcome that heinous super book villain, librarymeg?! I think I may eventually be forced to move out and concede the house to my books, but I still have a small space on which to lay my head at night, so I am content. :-)
Sounds good! Thanks for letting me know about it. Now that classes are winding up, I plan on reading like a maniac!
Frankly, I'm amazed that you were able to get through this book! The Shark in the Window by Keo Felker Lazarus, illustrated by Laurel Schindelman, is about an eleven year old boy who discovers that the shark he hatched in his aquarium can fly. Here are the ISBN's I found: 0688200397; 9780688200398. The closest copy I could find in a library is in the Chadron State College Library in Chadron, NE. Hope this helps!
I added 10 more books after my weekend excursion, but I just got more today, so I am trying to do my part. I need more shelves!
I'm going book shopping today, as well. We may just be able to catch up with her....no, wait, she is probably book shopping, too! I hope you find some good bargains!

You have quite a collection, yourself! Here's a depressing thought, though: If we combine our book totals, Meagan still leaves us in the dust! Her books must be reproducing!
Hey! I'm not sure if you're back yet, but when you get back you'll be reading this, so welcome back! Hope your trip was fantabulous beyond measure, and that you read gazillions of great books. See you soon!
You're right! We share some of the most awesomest books ever!!
I do love my childrens books. I used to read those James Herriot ones all the time.
Welcome to the club! It's completely addictive, and completely fabulous!
