About meSemi-retired Social Worker, married to a Scottish Ex-Pat. We both have grown children from 1st marriages and grandchildren; AND we both do a lot of reading! I read a lot of NF history, mysteries, and about anything which attracts my attention at the time. Also went through a SciFi period and occasionally get back there as well.
Have only started cataloging my "keeper" books and anticipated this endeavor will take awhile.
We have Hers and His Library/Rooms just for the sake of being able to locate our particular interests with a collection of cookbooks, home and garden, and craft books living in the kitchen.
We live in a rural area and volunter at a nearby local library of excellent quality. We moved back to my home state of Kansas a few years ago after living in a more urban area. I love the quiet here and internet use brings all my favorite things to my front door. Best of all, Books!

After reading your profile not only do we share a love of Scottish author, my wife is from St.Albans,Hertforshire. and after her retirement from the twinsburg library, we bought 25 acres and a log home in a very rural area in southern Ohio. More deer than people.
Enjoy your books,
bob
