Hi,

Was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Saw you liked When I was Five I Killed Myself, and thought you might like my novel since it's also about a disturbed adolescent and a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like. Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:

Thanks,

Thank you for joining the Political Conservatives group. Welcome!

Also, I see that you and I have a lot of books in common. Not as many as some others, but a representational cross section of my library. (It seems like the members with whom I share the most books are just the members with the most books -- their tastes don't actually run parallel with mine.) I sense that you are another "list" reader, yes?
I love the Best American Nonrequired Reading series! I get it every year. I think it's so great that Beck was the guest editor for 2005. I'm pretty sure it was Viggo Mortenson last year. Plus, I'm a sucker for anything and everything Dave Eggers, so that's an added bonus.
Hehe, your list got me thinking about my own books that I hadn't added, like my whole Jane Austen collection. I think that's why the number went up.

Also, I love how we've been on this thing for two minutes and we've already turned it into myspace. Nice.
How have you had time to review 23 books? You've been a member for two days! And how do you have 628 in your catalogue? I'm feeling seriously inadequate over here...
