This book is fabulous! It is common sense basic healthy eating that is really for good health.The weight loss is a side benefit.All abt inflammation whcih affects everything in the body! Also a primer on necessary supplents and vitamins!If everyone could read this,you wouldthink twice abt the foods you do eat. Easy to read.I would put this is the same category as the Michael Pollan books. ( )
