One for yourself and one as a gift. This book is broken out into very simple step by step instructions on how to make your own homemade cheese. It also has very colorful pictures to walk you through the process of making all the different cheeses featured in this book. From the easiest to the harder ones to make. Even the harder ones are not that hard to make when you have the east instructions and pictures to follow. The only thing you really need is patience.
