Very good explanations of how a ketogenic lifestyle works and why it is good for you. The recipes all seem to contain easy to find ingredients and clear instructions. ( ) The first 90 or so pages provided a great introduction to Keto and related issues. I have another one of her recipe books that provides a similar excellent introduction. The recipes have really helped us stick with Keto, providing a delicious variety of meals.
