Read this one as part of a workshop at the office. Interesting way to reshape strategic thinking but this is really not in my wheelhouse.

The authors’ first book, "Blue Ocean Strategy," explained what needed to be done to implement their concept of strategy development. In this latest book the authors explain how to develop a blue ocean strategy. Kim and Mauborgne provide detailed instruction on how to conceive a cutting-edge strategy. Real-life examples are provided for each step of the process. The authors explain how to develop a unique strategy whether you head a startup, a nonprofit, an established company, or a government. This book is both inspiring and practical. ( )
