"Be the change that you wish to see in the world." is the quote by Mahatma Gandhi on the first page. The Happiness Club was started by Ben when he was in early graded school. "Happiness was the official language of the club, and that was a powerful language everyone understood." This was the motto of a club that grew and grew because all you had to do was to make others happy. Illustrated with vivid colors and delightful illustrations, this book will be a favorite for a long time. Maybe get one for the local library, too! This beautifully-illustrated picture book is guaranteed to make you happy. Who could resist Ben, a sweet and caring boy who finds that sharing his love of drawing with his friends makes him happy. And makes them happy. And so it goes. Ben has stumbled on to one of life’s greatest mysteries - you can share happiness, and in doing so, you actually create more happiness. Both for the giver and the receiver, In a never-ending spiral (that would make a mathematicians head spin!)
Excited with his discovery, Ben forms a Happiness Club, and soon we find member-friends working each day, one at a time, each focusing on a happiness gift to one other.
