Li'l Abner gets married, in a farcical manner (he pledges to copy whatever his ideal, Fearless Fosdick, does. Fosdick gets married in a dream-episode, but Li'l Abner has no such out) that mirrors the near- and hoax- weddings of past years, but this time it is true. Leave it to Capp to turn such a momentous event into a mistake, even though Daisy Mae is well-satisfied. Also, Daisy Mae's pregnancy is announced.
