Cat’s writing retreat takes a wrong turn when a body in a zombie costume is discovered in her barn. She has to find out who committed the dastardly deed before the suspicions all fall on her. She has other problems to deal with, too, ones that concern her retreat. I didn’t feel like this mystery was quite as good as some of the previous ones. Her relationship with Seth seems to be getting stale. The bit with Uncle Pete and his staff was interesting, and I can’t wait to see what lies ahead for Shauna. ( )
