A stroll through the history of our presidents. This book is packed with every president from George Washington to Bill Clinton. Each write up features just a sketch of each presidents birth, family, presidency, and death. Some even feature what the "first ladies" were doing of importance such as womens suffrage, health care reform, and interesting parenting styles. and Its a "just the facts" kind of book. Its a great reference book to keep on hand. It seems we know very little about some of the presidents and too much about others. CAUTION: They do have a spot about Bill Clintons infidelity p 63, various instances of depicted violence in war or assassination. All grades can cherish the rich history within these pages. ( )

this book is about every president up until Clinton. It explains everything the president did, things from what they accomplished, what was going on during their time in office, what were the major inventions, and what their favorite pasting time was.
