An interesting look at a world which, although still in living memory, is sadly long gone. There is something strangely evocative in seeing what to many is a black & white world in glorious colour. Many of the locations are local to me (I work right next to the top picture on the colour) and seeing these well known locations in such a different light is both fascinating and, somehow, desperately sad...
