So far I love this cookbook. It's not often that you find a gluten-free cookbook that relies on ONE non-commercial gluten free flour mixture, and that has "normal" foods made to be gluten-free. It is apparent that this family truly cooks and bakes and that they have experimented with gluten free cooking enough to be considered expert. If anyone is tired of looking up individual gluten-free variations of favorite recipes online, or tired of experimenting with homemade or commercial flour blends, here's a go-to cookbook with the basic recipes as well as new recipes to try.
