C+ (Okay).

A Kryptonian power source falls into the hands of a witch.

There's a good stretch of this movie where it's about a couple of witches hanging out, being petty and horny. That part is thoroughly entertaining (despite excessive plot holes, nonsense, and all-around bad filmmaking). The third act, though, is incomprehensible. Literally incomprehensible.

This is the movie version of the retelling of Edgar Allan Poe's classic short story of the same title. Several murders take place, the most prolific is that of two women as they are attacked on the fourth floor of the house on Rue Morgue. Auguste Dupin, a former police chief and fine detective, decides to take on this case when his soon to be son-in-law is accused of the murder. The acting in this movie was under-par, even show more though the story line was very interesting.

And it's the end, I binged it over a weeked and really enjoyed it, The Observers have invaded and the team are in amber, it's decades since they were last here and Peter and Olivia's daughter, Henrietta, rescues them. Now they want to reset the timeline so the Observers never happened and life will be better.

It's a good series, a good season and it wraps things up nicely.
2022 movie #104. 1980. Playwright (Reeve) hypnotizes himself to 1912 to look for the actress who's photo he fell in love with in 1980. My wife liked it, I thought it a bit sappy.
