A Vegetable Cook Book by Digby Law
A classic cookbook and was very popular in the late 80s for good reason. Mr Law writes well, and there are the odd amusing sentences here and there. Mr Law sadly died from AIDS in the late 80s, and one wonders what further books he could have written?
