I don't necessarily agree with Quentin that we all have a 'higher self' trying to talk to us, but I've found this book really useful for dream analysis. Doesn't give definitive meanings (like the ones that state mad things like "if you dream of a man, you will have bad luck!"), but suggests a range of ideas to consider.

This book is particularly written for Australians - people from other cultures may have different associations.
