Aside from his interesting commentary on the corrupt Clinton administration, there is little about this book which deserves attention. Hagee's theology is just a bizarre mishmash of heresies which have done great damage to the modern Church. Sadly Mr. Hagee missed his true calling as a stand-up comic, because at least, he has a funny sense of humour and could have made a pretty good living at serving up a weekly dose of ascerbic populist rants. As it is, Mr. Hagee hit the mother lode as a show more religious charlatan and books such as this will continue to rake in the dough at the expense of gullible consumers and the reputation of the Church. show less
I am very sorry to have fallen for the publicity and wasted my money on this book. I had not paid much attention to John Hagee for close to 20 years, but had maintained a modicum of respect for him. After all, he is the pastor of a very large mega-church in San Antonio, hosts a weekly TV program of his preaching and has some reputation as a prophecy teacher among evangelicals. As I read through Four Blood Moons, I discovered that he is a strong supporter of Israel. So I did find something of show more note that is positive in this book.
Other than that? As I have already said, I am sorry I wasted both the time and money to have bought it. To be blunt, I believe that Hagee wrote this for the money. The margins are large, the typeface is large as well, and the actual work that went into the writing minimal. Even the editing was haphazard! There were not a lot of typos, but there were enough to show me that they put a big rush on this to get it on the market as soon as possible.
In all honesty, if you want to get more information, in a better presentation, by someone who thinks through things carefully and logically and who has a much better grasp on the proper uses of prophecy, read Mark Hitchcock's book Blood Moons Rising. I believe that Hitchcock wrote his book, in part, as a response to Hagee's book. Hitchcock's argument is far, far superior to what Hagee has produced. I would almost go so far as to say it is unassailable, except that a real theologian (Because I do not have the credentials or the expertise to call myself even an amateur theologian) will surely find places to argue with Hitchcock.
As I said in my review of Hitchcock's book, I will never again pay any notice to Hagee unless someone for whom I hold a great deal of respect were to tell me that something Hagee has done is worthwhile checking out. Don't waste your money on this book. This is the first time I wished I could give "negative stars". show less

Hagee shows us how the Prophetic Blessing started with Adam and Eve and goes down through the book with Matthew, Jeremiah, on down the line to Abraham . Pastor Hagee goes on to tell us how to release and receive the blessing. Who wouldn't want this blessing passed on to our children and grandchildren? I want to pass on ‘that we are all born to be blessed’ and other biblical truths I learned from Pastor Hagee to my children and grandchildren.
I keep Prophetic Blessing handy to help with my show more study of the Bible. Hagee writes a section called ‘Think On This’, they give you allot to ponder upon how deeply God’s blessings and promises are for all of us. I felt His presence, warmth and love for me as I read this book. I have learned allot from Pastor Hagee, this will not be the last book I read authored by Pastor Hagee.
I thought his knowledge of the Bible and his writing were wonderful. I would love to hear him speak in person, even on television. I would highly recommend this book to everyone who wants to learn more about 'The Prophetic Blessings' and about the promises and blessing from our God for all of us. show less

With the New King James translation being my favorite I was excited to receive this prophecy study bible. I've enjoyed reading other's interpretation of prophecy and always learn something from their commentaries. There's lots of jewels in this bible that made me dig deeper into scripture.
" Events on the End Times” was particulary interesting as well as the great charts and concordance at the back of the book. I find this to be a valuable tool in my studies.
