Prehospital Behavioral Emergencies And Crisis Response (Continuing Education) by American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS)
Textbook for my Crisis and Call Management class. I didn't like the emphasis it put on certain topics at the expense of others but the multiple choice at the end of each chapter proved too enticing for my professor. Easy studying!

Textbook was informative, class was not. I’m probably going to retain 1/3 of the info read in this book. NYC gets a nice handout manual that’s to the point. At this point I’m rambling, glad this class is almost over.

I was given this book as a gift because the pages were inserted into the cover upside down. It is a boilerplate textbook for Basic Emergency Medical Technician training.
