He gives an interesting and good analysis of why the State has been and is struggling, though his political stance comes through in some of the language of the analysis. - and gives plenty of examples of where private sector involvement goes wrong.
But the second part of the title - how to fix it - is very weak and really just comes up with state is good and decentralise everything. He doesn't ask any of the tough questions of WHAT government (both national and local) should be doing which is show more a fundamental issue, given that the state is creeping ever more into our lives. show less
