A highly readable overview of hydrology, well aimed at an undergraduate course on the subject. The only times it felt lacking was in coverage of some of the most contemporary theories in runoff processes, such as the recent fill-and-spill explanation of runoff generation or the use of stable isotope tracers for partitioning stormflow sources and estimating the age of water stores.
