This book is for bodyworkers. Most of the general public would not connect with the positively fascinating view of the body that it presents. But if you are involved in physical medicine of any sort, its perspective on how the body is built will revolutionize your understanding.

Had I not been exposed to Tom Meyers' Anatomy Trains book, I likely would have found this book to be more exciting. It's a pretty good surface discussion, but if you really want to learn about Fascial anatomy and about how to affect it, go for Meyers' book
