Set in 1971 2 years after the stonewall riots. A former cop now private eye finds the man in his arms has been stabbed. Interesting for it's snapshot of time, shortly after the stonewall riots and the birth of the gay rights movement. Cain the detective finds himself working to uncover the murderer of his trick. What he learns is that it is a much larger mystery than he had expected. There's the people in the GAA, the CIA, FBI and international espionage all going on all which lead back to show more the crime. Cain investigates a couple of cases from his detective agency as well, a knock off import stand at a flea market, a cheating wife and a few others. Is not overly a snap shot of the time however does mentions bars of the time period and what we now know as clones. show less
