I am not stranger to reviewing erotic material, but the low rating has nothing to do with the subject matter. What it has to do with is the overabundance of clichés and plot holes. A story told from multiple points of view, which normally isn't a problem, but the juvenile writing style already found in Kat Lady's Dolls needs no more support... it's bad enough as it is. And with the story of the love triangle between Kat and Tamsin; it is so overplayed and overdone, it borders on the show more sociopathic. Try again. show less

A former stripper finds a way to work her way through law school by becoming an owner-operator of a gentlemen'a club. She meets and is attracted to a plus-sized female and the two begin a relationship. The big girl is shy and self-conscious at first but when the two add the clubs' hunky male bouncer into the mix, the story heats up. A beautiful love story between an artist/white witch of mixed heritage and an apparent local handyman with disappearing tendencies. Sometimes she can reach him at the mobile number he gave her, and other times not. She meets many town residents and makes friends while working and solving his mystery. Erotica only at the end. Excellent read!
Narrated by Clay Lomakayu who is marvelous in his audio interpretation.

This was a short sweet story with a little erotica thrown in. Loved the main characters and the storyline. The crazy things that kept happening made me laugh - talk about bad luck! Great book to escape into.
