This informational book accurately explains the life process of a butterfly. The author descriptively explains the uniqueness of a variety of butterflies and touches on aspects of their habitats, as well as hibernation. Young readers will have a complete understanding of how a caterpillar becomes a butterfly upon finishing this story.

Emily Neye's Honeybee book is a great book for children in grades 1-3. The book explains how a honeybee finds food and then takes it back to it's hive where it is turned into honey. We learn about the queen bee and what happens to a bee after it stings. The illustrations in this book are wonderful.
The book tells us what nectar and pollen are and how bees use them. We are told what happens inside of a bee's nest and how all the bees work together.
The book is interesting and the pictures are show more sure to capture the attention of a young audience. show less
