This is a very good starter book with lots of detail by an author that actually does work with tax liens for profit. This book is not hype to get you to start investing, it is actually a book of tips and knowledge about how the process really works. Tax lien investing is not for everyone nor for most people. Always know the risks and rewards of any investment. The pie in the sky hype you here from promotors for thier programs is very absent from this book.
