I wish I could give this book to every woman I know because while anxiety may not be your struggle, I am sure there is a lie you are believing that is holding you back from living the life of peace God longs to give you. Hayley gives us ammunition to fight those lies and win.

I think there is an abundance of good ideas in this book - towards the end, it felt like some of the ideas started to repeat themselves, so that took the book from a 4-star rating to a 3-star. Lots to ponder and consider.
