I can understand why it's an iconic movie. Her performance is very weird, in a striking way. But if you live in a world where movies are allowed to mention sex, it kind of loses it's reason for existing.

I can understand why it's an iconic movie. Her performance is very weird, in a striking way. But if you live in a world where movies are allowed to mention sex, it kind of loses it's reason for existing.
As one of those people who love theatre I'm always ready to enjoy a play ABOUT the theatre and it's impossible to eclipse, say, The Country Girl or All About Eve. Stage Struck, alas, is not one of them. Stage Struck verges on the embarrassing.
