Saying that the California Latinos ("all of them") better get with the program and follow the white liberals who know what is best for everyone (i.e., Whitesplaining) keep the good times rolling (social welfare programs) with continued population growth and no future policy deadlocks (where there ever any?) especially in the Central Valley and Central Coast.
