A classic, colorful retelling of Cinderella with touches of humor ("the King invites you to a Royal Ball with dancing and ice cream...") and no gore (the stepsisters just push their feet into the glass slipper, they don't cut off their toes). Cinderella's father is entirely absent.
I loved this book. I liked how this original story was taken and given its own new look with this unique type of illustration's. I also loved all of the colors and patterns incorporated to the book, it made it very interesting. I think the theme of this book is to treat others with kindness always.
A classic retelling of the Three Little Pigs with fun illustrations. In this gentle version, each pig escapes to its sibling's house, till all three of them are holed up in the brick house. The wolf comes down the chimney and burns his bottom in the pot of boiling water, runs off, and is never seen again. All three pigs end up happily ever after in brick houses. The second pig is female.
