This is a good handbook of the material the German Navy had available during WWI. There are good photographs, but no deck plans. The introductory essays are terse, but informative. Certainly worth the the $8.00 (Can) I paid for it in 1964.
Simple, yet elegant and well-laid out survey of the warships of the Kreigsmarine. Very handy as a reference tool.
