I picked up this book years ago and completely forgot I had it. When I finally sat down to read it, I expected to enjoy this story of four young men travelling across Canada on a mission of kindness, but I also worried it might become repetitive.

Yes, some acts of kindness appeared more than once, but each moment came with its own story, its own feeling, and its own reminder that kindness has countless forms. Every good deed they shared showed me just how many simple ways there are to show more brighten someone’s day. It all begins with a smile, sometimes even a hug.

These gentlemen are truly an inspiration. They opened hearts, opened eyes, and reminded me that kindness is a powerful force. After reading this, it’s hard not to feel pulled toward being kinder, more often, in every way possible. show less
