Exciting, charming, occasionally funny, and in some cases pleasantly unpredictable. (The biggest reveal was fairly obvious, admittedly, but I thought it landed well anyway.) What more can one ask of an action thriller.

Estranged brothers compete in a mixed martial arts tournament.

Pretty damn exciting. The basic story's been done before a million times, but hasn't been done this well since Rocky.

A film starring Ben Affleck (Warner Bros., 2016).

Someone tries to murder an autistic accountant, who is secretly also John Wick.

C (Indifferent).

This movie clearly has no idea how dumb it is, or how painfully predictable.

2025 movie #95. 2025. Afflect, the autistic mob accountant from the 2016 movie is back, with his little brother (Bernthal). The scenes between the long lost bros are pretty good, but the background plot, involving child trafficking and an amnesiac killer, is confusing.
