A soldier fights Germans heroically.
Pleasant and fun, but never particularly hilarious. There's some historical interest, seeing how Hollywood portrayed WWI during the war. And Chaplin's character is very different from The Tramp, which is a nice change of pace.

A tour of Chaplin's studio.
There are some funny bits - it's worth watching - but as a film it's miles away from Chaplin's usual standards. Clearly never intended to be released.

A tramp protects a farmer and his daughter from thieves.
Pleasantly silly. Not funny enough to make me laugh, though.
