I adored this book. ^_^

This book picks up right where Roller Rink Witchcraft leaves off. Harper "Foxxy" and Wyatt's relationship is going somewhere in the right direction, the Funky Wheel is as groovy as ever, Gran is still mysterious, Cooper melts my heart, and the town of Waresville is still cooky, witchy, and full of dead bodies.

I loved that this book showed more of the town, and it's witchy residents, but I must have more!! The idea of a Witch of the Year is just awesome! I would loved show more to have been there to witness that. Waresville, seems like it would be that perfect little witchy town, that I have longed to visit (or just live in).

One of my favorite parts of this series is the relationship between Harper and Cooper. Those two just go together like witches on broomsticks. He is so adorable, and you can't help but love this kid.

When Harper finally started to get into her witchy self, it was like "YAAASSSS!!!!!" I hope that this gets explored more in the next volume. I really want to find out about her life with her mother, and why she doesn't like to practice witchcraft. Seems like there is something sad behind that story, but it needs to be told. When that spell book landed on her head, I let out a squeal of excitement, and was like -finally- maybe this will get her into wanting to practice her craft.

Even though the books in this series are somewhat short, it leaves you with a good feeling, and makes you want more. I look forward to the next book in the series, and can not wait to read a full novel from Raven Snow on day. The way she writes is magical, sucks you you in, and leaves you craving for more.

Definitely recommend this series to anyone that love witchy things, a good murder mystery, adorable towns, and a good love story.

This light novella, has the potential to be a great series. It's packed with 70's grooviness, witty witches, adorable weird children (like myself), a budding romance, and a town that I would give everything to live in.

This 70ish page read is packed with a mix of everything, and is a fast, fun read. Some parts of the story were a bit rushed, and I would have liked to got to know the characters, town, and the groovy rink a bit more. The setting is definitely unique, and adds a fun new twist to show more witchy paranormal romance novels The skating rink, with the cute town, the interaction between the characters is simply magical.

I can not wait to read further adventures of Foxxy, as I enjoyed her character. She is a vibrant oddball, that has some funny comebacks, and just adore her attitude. I hope that future novels will be longer, and have her explore more of her witchy heritage. Gran seems like she is hiding something, and I hope it's some magical twist.

Definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a fast fun read, loves witches, supernatural towns, and paranormal romance.

Spoiler Free Review:
This is the 15th in the Harper"Foxxy" Beck series and they just keep getting better. The basic information about the series is Harper Beck inherited a Disco Skate from her father whom she never met. While a little run down she has kept it going for over ten years. She has a few very interesting employees and a bit of an attitude. That may come from the fact that she is a reluctant witch from a family of powerful witches. Throw in she married a police detective and has show more taken the role of unofficial protector of the town from paranormal predators and you have an interesting setting for the series.
Harper whose disco persona is "Foxxy" is funny, irreverent and thoroughly entertaining. Raven writes a well plotted, well edited story that doesn't take itself to seriously. While these are probably best classed as a paranormal cozy there is a big dose of humor included. Fan of Jana Deleon, Amanada M Lee or Ani Gonzalez you will enjoy Raven's works.

Every third year on the same day The Tribe (a wandering band of hippies) appear in Dry Spring to spend their summer at the campground near Pyramid Park. Solana McAdow's history with The Tribe was known to Skye McAdow even though she always made sure to keep her son far away from them but the year he turns 17 everything changes. His mother disappeared two years ago without a word leaving Skye and his little sister Willow to figure things out for themselves so when The Tribe shows an interest show more in Skye he finds that he is also curious and now his mother isn't there to prevent him getting answers.

I was really surprised by this book. Not only was it a lot longer than I was expecting (definitely not a bad thing) but it also held quite a few plot twists. I wasn't expecting LGBT to make an appearance but it isn't overly done and I wouldn't consider it adult content. If that sort of thing bothers you then this book really isn't for you. This is one book that I wish had a sequel but it doesn't really end in a cliffhanger. I would recommend this book to people who enjoy reading about coming of age, magic, the supernatural and alternate worlds.
