Ed Robertson (1)

The author put in a lot of work and research in his attempt to capture the spirit and value of "The Fugitive" TV series. As a fan of the show, I learned a lot of interesting background information about it.
My only quibble concerns the author's inconsistent way of presenting the episode synopses. Some episodes are well described, the author doing a good job of not sharing spoilers, for the most part. But at other times, Robertson seems distracted, unwilling to explain story details, focusing show more instead on something unrelated to the episode at hand. It makes me wonder if he actually did watch every episode.
Then there are the instances where the author criticizes Janssen's performance, a silly thing to do, considering this is a work of fiction.
But overall, I find this a suitable guide to the series- in fact, it's probably the only guide of its kind, and worth the expense. show less
