This is no. 2 in a Hutchinson paperback series called Leaders of Britain. Famous men in this book with a nicely designed cover are: Cyril Newall, Edgar Ludlow-Hewitt, Hugh Downing, Frederick Bowhill and A.S.Barratt. In total they have more than 50 letters after their names. The back cover advertises Julysia which seems to have gone out of fashion as hair cream for men.
