If you are involved with volunteer organizations, many of the issues that pop up in this book are familiar to you. I'm just glad I'm not involved with a group that has to deal with two states for funding support. It's clear that trying to mix profit with non-profit in one organization is a challenge to put it mildly. The writing style if factual and some material gets repeated from paragraph to paragraph so possibly some better editing might have helped this. I'm not clear on the bias of the show more author but in my mind he clearly wants this organization to succeed! Me too! I'm a card carrying 'Friend'. The ups and downs are very obvious! show less

This is a compliment to anyone in the profession of selling. It gives a good perspective as to what customers are looking for and how we as sales people get in the way of what customers are looking for.

A recommended read for anyone in sales.
