Leaving ADDIE for SAM: An Agile Model for Developing the Best Learning Experiences by Michael W. Allen
Solid re-visioning of the learning development model. It doesn't revolutionize the process as much as take ADDIE - the traditional model - and package it into a process that's more aligned with the urgency and short shelf-life of most learning today. Well done.
Best book I've bought regarding e-learning development. A lot of very good information and his writing style is perfect for the material.
Leaving Addie for SAM: An Agile Model for Developing the Best Learning Experiences by Michael W. Allen
If you have used (and struggled with) the ADDIE model, you will find the SAM model welcome and refreshing. This book is a "how to" guide on using the SAM model for instructional design.
