Unschooling Rules: 55 Ways to Unlearn What We Know About Schools and Rediscover Education by Clark Aldrich
Some interesting ideas, but really an essay not a book.
The complete guide to simulations and serious games : how the most valuable content will be created in the age beyond Gutenberg to Google by Clark Aldrich
Offers an overview and "complete lexicon" of next generation teaching strategies. The book creates a unified view of capturing skills and knowledge and then developing them in others, through different uses of things like computer interfaces, level design, bosses, and other game elements. So this book sort of develops a game in order to develope the next generations leaders.
