Holly is a boxer who throws a fight because she's promised a payout (which she needs for her daughter's medical care) which doesn't materialize. The boxing commission suspends her for throwing the fight so that avenue of revenue disappears too. She ends up working for Steven Bremer.

This story just didn't resonate with me and I found myself putting it down and not going back to it for long periods.

If you like fight descriptions and a less than believable main character you will like this book.
