Fantastic cookbook! Recipes are as quick and easy as they say! My only gripe about the book is that they use honey, but it can be easily substituted for agave nectar or sweetener of choice.
I registered this book at BookCrossing.com!

This small book is an overview of digestive issues. In broad strokes, McDougall describes several different conditions and how to treat them.

For me there wasn't enough detail. I had hoped for more. It's a useful starting point, however.
Lots of recipes calling for a can of black beans, corn, and a can of diced tomatoes. They sort of all ran together as I skimmed it. didn't find a single recipe that was appealing enough to try. Probably nothing wrong with them but once it seemed those 3 ingredients were called for many, many times I gave up.
Love McDougall's other cookbook (Quick and Easy Cookbook), but this one could use improvement. The instructions are never very clear for not-so-savvy cooks like myself, and the recipes I have tried seem rather bland. I will be trying more recipes and will update my review if anything changes.
