Pete Vanderbilt created a unique haunted house and his first experiment takes place in 1994, and that is encouraging a married couple to murder their guests. There starts a seven-yearly tradition of deaths and disappearances. From then on, there have been ninety-two deaths and eight disappearances. A university paranormal team and a reality TV show work together to investigate what the FBI started, discussing the cases from 1994 to 2018 and delve into the property's purchase. As they begin show more filming, paranormal occurrences take place. The story follows various character perspectives to show all sides of the haunted mansion. The story is fast-paced and features plenty of activity once the hauntings take place.
